Haven't used this shop YET. However, I had some boat troubles over the weekend, and one of their guys was super helpful going back to shore to grab our friends so we could get a tow back! Super friendly stand up guy! Can't wait to meet the rest of the staff once I bring my boat in!
I drive from sparks to carson city because they are incredibly honest and reliable, when I drop off and pick up, it's always a great experience they always seem to want to help and stand behind their work, if the problem isn't fixed they always offer for me to bring it back so they can attempt to get it resolved. Highly recommended for any boat maintenance or repairs.
Was told on the phone they repair jet skis towed them all the way from Fernley to be told it needs a fuel pump and that they don’t work on jet skis . Won’t come again.
