I purchased a Dolphin Pro2 T-Top thru Krypt-T-tops. Extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Made the entire buying experience easy and quick. Waiting on the TTop to arrive but should be here in a few days. I would definately buy thru them again.
Exceptional service ! Really asked a lot from these guys, not only did they deliver to my hotel in Disney whilst I was over in the US from the UK and even at a specific time and date! They also helped me track down the parcel at the hotel when the hotel couldn’t find it. I needed some parts for my surf board rack, and Krypt was the only company I found that had the parts I needed. The parts were small and inexpensive (collar spacing inserts, $7 USD each). However, the shipping to me in Alberta, Canada ended up being over $40 USD. I needed the parts, so placed my order anyway. After thinking about it for a while, I called up Krypt, and explained that the parts I ordered were small, and asked if they could do anything about the shipping cost. I purchased a T Top for my center console boat a couple months ago. Regretfully I had a few issues but thankfully Ken resolved my issues in a very professional and prompt manner.
