If i could give zero i would! I arrived at the store at 18h30 and asked help to find the right colour of concealer for me. The staff at the store said they couldn't help me because i had to book an appointment in advance to be able to do it. I've tried to explianed i had only one day at London and was pregnant and couldn't return to the shop but with no sucess. Your working policy's are absolutely ridiculous! My daughter and I had such a great experience makeup shopping last week Saturday.Oliver the customer assistant was so helpful, friendly and well- informed. He made our experience a positive one !
Beautiful new shop, well stocked with plenty of staff around to help. Only four stars because they discontinued a long-standing (what I considered a standard) product that I desperately needed.
Visited this store just over a month ago for a make-up consultation after a recommendation from a beauty consultation from another brand to try their products for its holding power! I had the best make up consultation ever. I had the perfect concealer/foundation to match my skin tone and the make-up lesson was worth every penny, taught me tips that I never knew. T was lovely and the wider staff were very friendly. Thank you so much V
