Extremely high quality, accuracy, and accountability. It's clear to see why Boeing have given them their prestigious Gold Level award. Cleanest and most organized shop I've seen.
Nick is very friendly and tries to be accommodating. Communication could be worked on (maybe on both ends.) However we've used them for passivation and penetrant inspection and we've never had a problem with the quality of their work. Lead times could be improved.
