Schedule online to have my windshield replaced. Received a call the next day that the date and time I selected were not available and it would be another 5 days before I could get it replaced. Why have online scheduling if it is not accurate! Would not recommend because of the attitude from the lady that called. Poor customer service!!!
good price, bad service – Good price, but bad customer service. The first time they replaced my windshield, it leaked air and made horribly loud noises driving down the highway. Tried to call and get it fixed, but had a hard time getting a hold of them on the phone. Once we did, we made an appointment to take our vehicle to the location to get it fixed, but the guy "forgot" to meet us. They replaced my windshield and in the process broke my satellite radio antenna. They were unresponsive to my calls and refused to pay to have th antenna replaced.
Poor Customer Service - Unresponsive to issues – I had my windshield replaced and they broke my satellite radio antenna while doing so. They refused to pay to replace the antenna and they were unresponsive when I called. They promised multiple times to call me back but I did not receive calls back from them.
low autoglass prices but 1st install not to spec – Price-wise, one of the lowest in town for autoglass and they can do it in about an hour and usually the same day or so. But had to return to the shop to repair the first install as it wasn't sealed correctly and air was getting through. They corrected the problem for free, but had to go back and reschedule and had to reseat the entire window - so didn't met specs in first install.
