I was happy with the pallets and service, but the customer service has not been the best. I do not know if they have went out of business or what has happened. When I talked to the gentleman on the phone he said that we could pay by invoice. When we went to get the pallets, they eventually released them to us, but kept insisting on payment upfront. They let us take the pallets, and said they would send us an invoice, but never did. I have called trying to get an invoice to pay, and to ask for their W9, and no one answers.

Kryder Wood Products accommodates customer service, professionalism, and quality. This is the first pallet supplier that we've had that seems to care if our products are well protected by a properly designed pallet. Kryder also does everything they can to keep us supplied with pallets so we can continue shipping our products. Also, believe it or not they're located in Rockford Illinois!
