Good experience overall. I needed to park in the area for a professional training exam, and the attendant & manager Louis gave good customer service, helping me return to my daytime job promptly.
I went there in the morning with my minivan rental. Nice people. Answered all my questions. Helped me not be lost lol. Alright price for a visit.
Similar experience to others. I had actually parked here for several months at $500/month. Today, I booked a friend's car for 6:30-9:30, although it was the same price for 6:30-10:30. When my friend picked up his car 47 minutes late, that additional time cost more the DOUBLE the entire price, and the guy did not care that I had been a long-time customer or that the price was the same to 10:30. A business model that depends on huge fees and overcharges is one that I like to steer clear of.
