Me and mom had lost my dad due to cancer, after he’s passing we decided to go with KRW, we were told and received nice letters stated what we should receive nice sums of money,but it’s been small checks, it’s taking over 80 percent of the money that you are owed. I’m ok, but to do elderly people like that is really disgusting. Out of four checks I may be collected a total of $200. The last one was really disappointing out of a $3,000 settlement my check was for $78 I mean really.

The customer service is awful. They screen your calls and tell you someone will reach out to you in 24 to 72 hours. That's a lie they never call back. So basically you can't find out anything dealing with your case. I hate that I went through this company.

45% of gross payment amount is too much for Expenses. Please reduce this amount. Totals 85% reduction of recovery paid to Client. Thought recovery amount would help pay some MD Anderson Bladder Cancer treatment cost.

Well when I had my first appointment. They told me it would take 6 months to receive my first check. Well I received the letter to be notarized, I had it notarized and put in the mail at the post office two weeks ago. I called them 5 days later and they or whomever took my call back info and no one has returned my call and it's going on 3 weeks now.
