Me and mom had lost my dad due to cancer, after he’s passing we decided to go with KRW, we were told and received nice letters stated what we should receive nice sums of money,but it’s been small checks, it’s taking over 80 percent of the money that you are owed. I’m ok, but to do elderly people like that is really disgusting. The customer service is awful. They screen your calls and tell you someone will reach out to you in 24 to 72 hours. That's a lie they never call back. So basically you can't find out anything dealing with your case. I hate that I went through this company.

45% of gross payment amount is too much for Expenses. Please reduce this amount. Totals 85% reduction of recovery paid to Client. Thought recovery amount would help pay some MD Anderson Bladder Cancer treatment cost.

MONEY HUNGRY LOW LIFES. THEY WERE WORKING MY MESO CASE AND I HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM FOR 9 MONTHS SO I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS UP. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE DROPPING ME BECAUSE I DID'T HAVE ENOUGH CANCER FOR THEM TO MAKE BIG MONEY. I HAD CASES STARTED AND I HAD PAYMENT DUE AND NOW WHAT? DID THEY KEEP THOSE CLAIMS BECAUSE I HAVE NO CLUE OF WHERE OR WHAT THE MONEY HAS GONE. POOR CLASS PEOPLE TO STRING ME ON. For 2 years I have not been able to speak to an attorney I have not found out how many attorneys are supposed to be on my case have not received compensation Representatives do call back however they're unable to to assist me by answering questions
