RecommendedTook my car to the dealership I bought it from for an oil change. I was informed I needed brakes and rotors front and back before winter. The price I was quoted was $1200. I decided to get another opinion and took it to KRW who informed me I had approximately 20,000 miles left on the brakes which is definitely gonna get me through the winter lol. I just can't thank him enough for the honesty. Needless to say I found my new mechanic and my car won't be returning to the dealer again. Ty so much!!!

Think that personalized, small town service is a thing of the past? THINK AGAIN! Ken at KRW is a fantastic mechanic and business owner. He is cordial, knowledgeable, timely, and reasonable. If you have a foreign car that needs service in the 518, do not hesitate. He's terrific! PS - a large dealership in Albany had serviced my Volvo before I found Ken. Sadly, they dismantled the headlight and left it apart behind the lens. Of course, Ken found and fixed this problem, but it just underlines the value and service one can find ... read more
