First it took months to get in. Then she rushed through the appointment and was hard to understand. Also the office messed up my insurance and was told that I would have to call a 3rd party because her office outsources that part.
This doctor was terrible and just mean. My a1c got better after I made a suggestion for a better sensor, while she just belittled me for the crab she suggested not working. Once I realized that, I left. If you struggle at all she just makes you feel stupid about it. Glad I don’t have to ever see her again. Go somewhere else, there are much better endocrinologist around!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shah for several years. I live in Youngstown so I’ve always went to her Austintown office. I’ve never had problem. Of course Dr. Shah is a wonderful doctor and her staff was great. Now that she is no longer seeing patients in Austintown I now had the pleasure of speaking with her Warren staff. They are rude inconsiderate, and disrespectful. Now I can’t get a refill for thyroid medication that is needed for me to maintain healthy bodily functions. I wish she never closed her office in Austintown!!! ... read more
Dr.Shah to me is the best she has put in on the track I needed and my sugar levels are now right were they should be because I hear her and I listen to her and now I fell way better Dr.SHaH thank you so much....
