There was an issue with scheduling but a member of the office staff called and she resolved the situation in a very professional, considerate way.
Dr. Patel communicated with me extremely well, with no feeling rushed to hurry up and move on to next appointment. Addressed my concerns, I left the appointment in a better state of mind than when I arrived.
Courteous, listens and understands patients questions, great overall experience.
Dr. Patel is a true patient advocate and the GI team she works with were all great!
