Appointment started before the scheduled time as I arrived early. I was offered Covid booster, which I accepted. Thorough checkup up, discussed many areas of concern.
Very understanding and patient. Very knowledgeable and concerned. Very happy to have her as my PCP. Explains things very well for geriatric patients.
Everyone from front desk thru registration was very kind & the process was efficient. Dr Patel was also kind and listened to me. Having worked as an NP with VA , I did detect a push on Dr Patel to stick with schedule and see as many patients as possible. This is not a good way of management but you have to live it then see it fail. Administration is not fully aware of what a provider-provides.
