One of the best customer experiences I have had. I am a Realtor that often needs to hire painters for interior work. On a huge 5000 sqft house, with 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Eric was able to hammer out the work with his crew in just a couple weeks (along with wall paper removal), and they did a fantastic job at a very very good price. I’ve had Kruse Painting on 3 jobs now. Fast, courteous, professional. I have been very impressed with the quality of work. Out of 3 bids his was the most competitive AND complete. Also chatted with the Sherwin-Williams dealer and he commented on the quality of the work as well. Can’t speak highly enough.

Slow response to requested paperwork, not business friendly. The paint looked good and the job itself was done well though.

We hired Eric for interior painting of our house. The first meeting went well and he gave us a quote for painting. He promised to do the job in one week but his workers were here on and off for 3 weeks. He rarely came to check on the work. He only came by two times in the beginning. The job was not done well so I asked him to fix some areas that were really bad. The workers had pulled some paint off with their tape but he refused to come back claiming it was out of scope.
