I added a new entry on my list of things I've done today. I removed this little guy from the stairwell this afternoon. He's headed to Ft. Wayne this evening to a lady that will care for him over winter until its warm enough to be released.
Retained Kruse and Kruse law firm for a custody hearing(not cheap). It took a little over a year to be heard in court. Fisrt of I travelled twice from FL. to IN. during this period where the hearing was rescheduled but I wasn't notified. On the hearing day Joe Carlin was about an hour late to appear in court. The whole session was put on hold untill he arrived. I should have fired him.
