Excellent, second to none…service!!
I’ll give you an F+. Because I told you before that I dispise emails asking how service was and I told you before that I wanted to never get one again. If you do bad I’ll let you know. And I also said I’d give a failing grade if I ever got one again. Well you obviously didn’t listen to me and I got one again. So here’s your failing grade.
I bought the vehicle from Kruse only 2 months ago. The battery goes bad so I pay $400 to get it fixed and then, ironically, the tire sensors go out the next day and it means I have bad sensors and have to pay another $100 per tire to fix it... So $800 into a vehicle that I haven't even made my 2nd payment on yet? That's extremely disappointing- especially when it's functions that could have been diagnosed before the vehicle was even sold!
