Asked for FRAME rust repair and got pop rivets and seam sealer. In no world is this acceptable or compliant to DOT requirements. I asked and paid for a welded repair of a few spots and got laughed at by the State inspection mechanic. I couldn't believe what I saw after this "repair." Two areas weren't even addressed, despite bright yellow spray paint and discussion beforehand. Luckily I did not pay for the entire repair.
