I’m extremely disappointed with Endeavor Health and their lack of communication regarding my doctor’s departure. There was no notice, no transition plan, and no opportunity to continue care with a physician I trusted. Dr Patel is the best Doctor I've had, he listens to everything you tell him and will give you options. I need to find out where he moved to because I only want him as my Doctor.
We loved Dr. PATEL and are so upset he is no longer with Elmhurst /Endeavor. He is the best Dr. we have ever had and hate he is gone from this Group. I hope we can find him again and would love to follow him wherever he has moved to. Very depressing he is gone...
Dr. Patel is the best doctor I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. This guy really takes his time with you, listens to your concerns, and works together with you to decide what is right for your health. He actually wants to make you healthy- he is not in a hurry to get you in and out the door.
