Dr. patal is the best PCP i've ever dealt with. i wish i know where he is going so i continue having him as my doctor.
Endeavor Health has gone downhill since bought out by Northshore. Money money money. Dr. Patel was probably the best internist they had. When he relocates I will leave Endeavor and continue to see him. My whole family sees him and they will be switching as well. Judging by the comments I'm not the only one disappointed by this decision. The responses following the reviews from Endeavor are a joke and it implies that Dr. Patel is writing the lame impersonal response. I’m extremely disappointed with Endeavor Health and their lack of communication regarding my doctor’s departure. There was no notice, no transition plan, and no opportunity to continue care with a physician I trusted. Instead, I received a generic letter informing me that I could “choose another doctor in their practice” as if continuity of care and patient relationships don’t matter.
