Great service alex knows cars.
I have had multiple cars serviced here and have always been very pleased with the ability to get in, the excellent service, and the costs. Much better service than Audi or Porsche dealerships. I totally trust Alex’s expert opinion and will continue to have him care for my cars.
The first time I came to this shop, I had a great experience. Alex Krumer (the owner) was very professional, got my car fixed quickly, and gave me a good price for the repair. I was satisfied with my visit, so I decided to come back for another repair about a year later. The second time, I would give 0 stars if I could because 1 star is too many for the service I received. Alex will do right by you! All of our vehicles are serviced at Krumer Auto, and we have referred our siblings there as well. The work done there is quality and the price is always fair. All of our vehicles (Nissan, Toyota, Chevy and a Volvo are road ready ! Do not sleep on Krumer Auto!
These guys take excellent service and repairs, their pricing is more than reasonable and what I like the best is how Alex will show you the old part in comparison to the new part which is open and honest. I'll never trust any company and will always be a customer
