The front desk staff (Destinee and Lety) were nice and professional. Dr. Theodore Krum is very sweet and informative. They were super busy, but it's understandable because of how great the overall environment is. I'm glad I found this place.
Disappointed to know they messed so bad! Its been TWO MONTHS i was referred to maternal fetal medicine clinic - Grapevine . Now after nowhere i was told to visit 515 mayfield location this morning. After wasting my morning i came to know my apt was canceled and not informed me about it. After asking reason they didn't had one . And asked me to call maternal clinic for the same . Where i have already visiting. Poor management ! Who isn’t aware of patient appt and reference. They dont INFORM ABOUT CANCELED APT too.
The office was pretty busy but I would like to think that’s a good thing. Dr. Krum was professional and made me feel at ease at my visit.
