Update: while this experience still happened they made good and sent me a new beautiful orchid overnight! I honestly couldn't be happier. I would purchase from this business again in store. I came across this business at the Orchid Rodeo in Naples. I purchased 2 orchids and they were kind enough to hold onto them while myself and my handicap mother finished. Best orchid vendor I’ve ever seen!
Came across this business at the Orchid Rodeo in Naples. I purchased 2 orchids and they were kind enough to hold onto them while myself and my handicap mother finished. I didn't think to look after picking them up but once I got home I was appalled!! The orchid in my bag was NOT the Orchid I picked out and paid for. It was obvious they swapped mine. The one I picked was lush and had a flower that was almost open. The one I received is twiggy, missing leaves with a tightly closed bud. This plant doesn't look healthy. Whoever ... read more
