Shane and the guys at Kruger are exceptional. They have fixed numerous vehicles for me, my brother and friends going back probably 10 years. Shane has offered suggestions to help me save money when needed and he has always sent my vehicles home in great working condition and me knowing that that I also got a great value. I'm a customer who tried to use Krueger's to fix myGMC Yukon XL - which was going into "reduced engine power" limp mode. In their defense, they took it right in and tried to fix it for me. They checked several different parts, none of which worked. I don't think they ever test drove the vehicle, because every time I went to pick it up, it was not working. My husband and I were recently driving through Crosby when we experienced an issue with a belt shredding. We got a replacement at a local auto parts store and went to Kruger’s afterwards. A mechanic named Daniel helped us right away. His attitude was the most positive I think I’ve ever seen in a person! The customer service we experienced was above and beyond.
