The curriculum is not only well-structured but also incredibly effective. It’s designed to help you grasp fundamentals quickly and then build on them. You’re not just hitting pads, you’re learning why you’re doing what you’re doing, and how to grow both technically and mentally. Krufit will always hold a special place in my heart and has a community that I always look forward to returning to. I’ve been training out of Krufit for almost 5 years now and from day one every single person who I’ve interacted has been welcoming, kind, and patient.
