Honestly, my last two visits have been extremely frustrating. Both were visits that were supposed to be very quick, as check ups on my son’s new Stellest lenses. We were convinced to go with Stellest at his last annual exam in March. We bought into this very expensive program because we wanted to prevent my son’s eyes from getting worse and the doctor seemed confident that it would help. Horrible bedside manner Her response to my eyesight was stressing me out . Terrible appointment
Every aspect of the exam was first rate and thorough. I always leave knowing I’ve gotten the best care possible.
Wonderful experience
So expensive it made no sense. They trick you into paying extra for a photo of your eyes which is not needed, but she made it sound like the machine was used for something else that I need. And she was rude and short the whole time. Horrible customer service
