Lea and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! The customer service I received from Lea was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire experience wonderful. This is exactly why I will continue to shop at and visit Target Optical. I highly recommend them!
Always quick and easy. Thank you for taking such nice care of my eyes. Chad
We were very unhappy with the tone and bedside manner of the optometrist, especially toward our children. They felt rushed through our appointments and she lacked a basic sense of consideration toward them. We don't expect anyone to go overboard, but some warmth toward a nervous child goes a long way. We previously had a very positive experience with the optometrist we saw the previous year so this was particularly disappointing. We will not be returning to this practice.
