recently stopped at Krueger Lumber to get some wood. was greeted with friendly office personnel. the owner Larry was amazing to talk to and received wood that would work great for my wood project. highly recommend

Exceptionally frustrating customer service experience I had today, Oct 14th, at approximately 3:30 pm, when inquiring about a cedar split log fence project. My request was straightforward: a project requiring approximately 400 cedar split logs, about 10 feet long each. Despite the simplicity and flexibility I offered—stating I was willing to adjust specifications or wood to fit your available stock—the representative answering the phone was incredibly unhelpful, passive-aggressive, and resistant to engaging with my request. ... read more
Not the nicest people. We had problem there with loading drivers overweight, and they don't even care, nor their scale on site is accurate.... Awful!!
