I received competent, helpful, ethical, timely and reasonably priced services from both Elizabeth Krueger and Tom Miller during a period of contentiousness and high emotion in my and my children's lives.
Elizabeth Krueger is the most corrupt and malicious attorney. DO NOT USE HER OR HER FIRM. She mismanaged my case terribly, hiding that she had not filed responses and outright lying about content of her work, contact with opposing counsel and the GAL. I have been questioned if she was misusing prescription drugs, as she was forgetful and giddy on many occasions. Mr. Miller charged me more than our contract agreed rate during his representation of me, and I did not find out about it until after I filed a complaint against him in regards to other matters; thereafter, the overcharging was undeniably confirmed.
