I've always had great service from Krueger Floral which is why I continue to use them for all of my local floral needs. Today, they went above and beyond and I need to tell everyone! I ordered flowers for a patient in ICU. Krueger reached out to me to let me know the hospital ICU may not allow and I should verify. I contacted the hospital, who confirmed they don't allow flowers in the ICU patient rooms. My veterinarian sent a plant provided by Krueger Floral after the passing of our pet. I’m very impressed with the care and service I experienced! We weren’t home at the time of delivery but someone called to let us know where to find the plant. They also put it in a safe place out of the elements. I appreciate the care that was taken. My one star refers to you straight truck drivers. I understand you put governors on your trucks at 70 mph. As a semi driver my truck goes 70 mph also but it takes me longer to get up to speed. My truck is equipped with speed mitigation. I LET one of your straight truck drivers on the highway by wausau homes. Atleast he could've done was let me back over. But NO he had to match my speed making me slow down. Thank you driver you were awesome.
