Scheduled appointment for 11:50 and waited for over an hour to be seen. The doctor was with one patient for a significant amount of time. It becomes an issue of while we understand other patients take time, it’s disrespectful of ours to ask us to wait for over an hour past the scheduled time. All the staff in the main lobby were laughing and making comments about the amount of time it was taking, it’s odd that the only doctor available on staff to check eyes was so tied up and the rest of the staff just sat around?
