I had a bad experience because my car which is a BMW was in bad shape and Scott fixed everything but he did not communicate very well and it took too long to fix everything because of his busy schedule. Scott hates working on BMWs so I would not bring a BMW here but if you own another car he would be great mechanic to work on it for a fair price. Just bad circumstances with my experience. Not entirely Scotts fault but he did the best he could to fix the BMW but zip tying a Turbo Charge pipe is not the ideal solution for a BM... read more
BMW Owners do not bring BMW to this shop. The owner hates BMWs. I told him I wanted to spend some money keeping the car in good shape and running for a while. Had an attitude over the phone from the start. Performed work on my car without asking me or giving me a quote. The mechanic went on vacation two times before finishing all the work. The price increased three times towards the end as he blamed the costs on "brittle" and failed units. Avoid at all costs!
