At beginning Ron acted with such confidence and seemed very prepared for the job. It wasn’t to long before I realized it was all talk. He would leave randomly throughout the day while leaving his helpers for hours on end. Did not have an air compressor ready to perform the job. He would bring his kids to work as well.
