I found thomas from krt automotive extremely curtious and friendly.thomas was calied to tow my hired vichicle that had broken down. The car hire company was extremely un helpful and left me and my two small dogs stranded on the side of the road in Moura Qld. Thomas was very helpful and rang for accodation for myself and my dogs. Thomas then towed us to Rockhampton airport where they refused me a new car hire. Thomas stayed there for hours because of lack of customer service. I highly recommend Thomas and his team! They did a great job with my Ford Transit replacing the service belt, fixing a few things, and doing the service for a reasonable price!
