5 outta 5. yes, it's $50 plus tax and tip for a skin fade, but it's worth it. i had Jefferson gimme a skin fade. we started on time. the appointment and booking system was easy. good barbershop vibe. good conversations. i really like my hair cut and will be booking with Jefferson again. good parking. all around simple, clear, quick, enjoyable experience

Got a cut from Spencer and his approach was very professional and intuitive as to what looks best along with respecting personal preferences. Also very confident so the cut went quicker than anticipated. 10/10

Booked a last minute appointment with Jefferson at Krispy barbershop today, and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with everything. The service was prompt, he was waiting for my arrival so I never had to wait; he was friendly and professional. Asked me exactly what I wanted done and more than delivered. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Jefferson and Krispy barbershop. Best service and cut I've had in my 2 years in Kelowna. Go check him out.

Top-notch service! I drove two hours to get a cut from Jefferson Cruz, and I was not disappointed. From being right on time for my appointment to the cleanliness and great vibes of the shop, everything was amazing. I came in with a bad haircut, and Jefferson worked magic with the clippers. He revived my hair without making me start from scratch. I’ll definitely be coming back for more cuts from him!
