Really disappointed with our experience at this clinic. We had a scheduled appointment for my child that was made by their staff from Koringal branch but ended up waiting for almost two hours. It turns out our appointment had been moved without any notification or explanation. I understand that delays can happen, especially in healthcare settings, but the lack of transparency and respect for patients’ time is not acceptable. totally unprofessional, disrespectful. They cancel my appointment without giving any notice when i was waiting outside of the Medical for almost 1 hour..
