I would NOT recommend KRR. They did not finish the project that was contracted and I'm currently seeking a refund through my credit card company. We hired them to remove the popcorn ceilings and paint the ceilings. The painting part is the piece that was not completed. Had an appointment set up today at 10am to receive a free quote for my home. At 1030am I called the office to find out why the estimator was late. Diane told me he was running late and he would be there shortly. At 1045am I received a phone call and said hello multiple times with no response on the other end. Got a $1500 quote to mud/tape/texture two small bathrooms and remove a small portion of popcorn ceiling in the hallway. It seemed a little expensive to me but I agreed because I wanted the job done and don't mind paying a little bit extra for quality. KRR sub'd the work out to another gentleman who was friendly enough, but communication between KRR and him could have been better.
