The whole process was fluid. I liked the booking thing online. Give you a list of other stuff that’s wrong with the car, but there’s no sales pressure. Prices pretty good too. You can’t top the customer service.
As a local small business owner (who im sure will receive negative reviews from KRP's friends thus why I was hesitant to leave this review.) I try to use other local small businesses when I need something done. I have done work for both the owner of KRP and his brother so this was a good oppurtunity to send a little work their way when I needed some oil changes done. Best shop in the area! Magnus and Ben were fantastic at keeping me updated and they even got me a ride to work to make sure I could get my car fixed without being late. Plus when the shop doors are open, the techs aren’t too bad on the eyes.
Horrible Beware!!! My brakes were fine when I dropped my car off for other repair work. I pick up my car and the brakes are grinding!!!! Never will I use them again!!!
