Service was great but I was charged more than what I was quoted. Came in for oil change and was told my rear brakes needed immediate repair. I questioned it and was told it was shop fees. Updating They did refund me the extra fee that I was not aware of. I will be going back!
They were quick, friendly and informative.
My experience was good. Just upset they wouldn’t honor my coupon because it was on my phone and not printed out. So I didn’t get the coupon rate.
I have been going to KRP for a year now. The service is always quick, efficient and friendly. The prices are good and they don't push you to add more services. They provide good, honest service and don't treat women with the condescending attitude I have experienced much too often in the auto repair industry. I highly recommend them.
