I've been taking a 2005 Chrysler 300 and a 2012 Rav4 here for many years. Great service, friendly staff and the product works.
I have been a customer of Krown for over 20 years and in most cases satisfied. Last Friday I had my Toyota Matrix oil sprayed and after checking some critical areas of my vehicle this morning I noticed there was not a drop of oil in my rear hatch or the rear panels. My car was done at the Waterloo location. People are expecting rust protection for their vehicles. Maybe the shop was too busy and overlooked these areas or there is always a change over of employees and not fully trained. Please do better Krown.
Very misleading business practices. They promote a $25 discount if you come in during certain time and are a CAA member, but then tell you they use a different price for the application., so only $5 discount. Very misleading.
Excellent service. Had a my vehicle detailed. I think was even cleaner than when I purchased it from the dealer. Service was prompt. My vehicle was ready when indicated. Definitely my new go to for detailing. They of course do rust proofing. Will be recommending to all my friends!
10/10 on all levels. Customer service from both front and back of house was impeccable and friendly. They went above and beyond with the whole service. The play area was perfect to help my toddler during the wait. Service was completed fast. Will be going back :)
