Booked a rust proofing appointment over a week in advance. When I showed up they failed to book the appointment than blamed me for not calling to confirm. I booked it through facebook messenger and there was no mention of calling to confirm
They are trying to steal customers from Krown by wacky wings!! I called the shine shop thinking I called the Krown on Algonquin and the customer service is asking for all my information and booking me in when I said I already had an appointment? and they said oh yeah we have 2 phone numbers that’s us!! No it is not! Customer service from Krown is much better! Such a low thing to steal customers from another business!
