I won the free detailing (inside &out) once I got my truck I was almost in tears .. Booked a rust proofing appointment over a week in advance. When I showed up they failed to book the appointment than blamed me for not calling to confirm. I booked it through facebook messenger and there was no mention of calling to confirm
