I just had my truck in for it's second coating. Last year I had them coat it but with no holes in the door jams, this year I decided to get the holes after seeing a similar model year truck with its rocker panels rotted out. They triple checked to make sure that's what I wanted before drilling the holes! Great staff that do a good job and this stuff works! It will keep the rust at bay! I mean I got the undercoating that I asked for. Reason for low review was because back in December when I got the service, I asked them not to drill holes in the door. In their lobby I could see my doors were open in their TV camera they have ,so I checked with the front desk and she confirmed that the guys knew about the request. Anyway I got the truck went home and noticed the drilled holes. Called back and was told someone would call back..no call back. I called back again was told same thing and nothing happened.

First, I would like to state that I am a very meticulous person and treat my vehicles very well. My Jeep is my baby and is in perfect condition. So, with that in mind, I wanted to be proactive and protect my Jeep's showroom-like quality and after a lot of research, decided to move forward with Krown's services. I had my truck rust proofed. Very good job done. Lady at the desk "DAVE" I believe she said her shortened name was. Very personable! They have a TV to watch if you wait also a monitor to watch your vehicle being serviced. Easy to find. My friend recommended them and he has a 2014 chevy that he plows with and has 0 rust! The proof is in the pudding!!

We take our entire fleet there plus some personal vehicles... they are outstanding. Under new ownership and much better than previously... Day is super helpful they are fast and best around...
