This is my second time to this location. The first time I strongly believed my truck was never sprayed. I didn’t really know what to expect but once I got home I saw no remnants of oil anywhere. So this year I called and asked if the manager/owner could look to see if it possibly was missed. Once I got there a staff member did look (not the owner) as I was told. Waste of money. Workers being paid but doing nothing to effectively protect your vehicle. They didn't even do a thorough job. I WONT be coming back to this business again.
Recently had my wife's vehicle sprayed at this location and it wasn't done very well. I've used Krown many times over the years and this is the worst I've seen. I do all my own work on our vehicles and I always check when someone else does something I'm not interested in doing. - Oily plugs thrown in the back. - Scratches in paint where holes were drilled. - Very spotty application of product. - Floor mat and brake pedal were very oily. - No hinges were sprayed.
Lazy and untrained. Horrible service.
