This trucker threatened me on my neighbors property by getting out of his truck in front of our house to confront me about being a pedestrian wearing orange on the shoulder, I stand a car widths distance on the shoulder at all times, it is against the law not to get over for pedestrians a full lane and to slow to 15 under the limit to pass safely .
