Had a good morning at Krown, Sarnia. In and out in an hour. Owners are friendly and courteous and the environment is clean and comfortable. I will be back in the late summer for my next treatment.
Always a great experience, car is done well ,and owners are superb, they are very quick and I trust them to do a great job always. They are on Campbell street
My boyfriend got my car undercoated here yesterday- upon looking at the receipt I noticed they’re now doing a tip selection… when did getting your vehicle and paying for a service mean giving the option of a tip???? He obviously did because he felt uncomfortable with that even being an option. Just a heads up for when you go to pay. The service was fine and quick but just very bizarre to be a thing.. never ever have seen that at any other shop.
Had appointment. Waited over an hour. Finally left without service.Total waste of my day. I would not recommend.person at desk is not truthfull
