Great service, Krown works well and is worth the money. However I was taken aback by the desk employee asking me to leave a tip. I did not. They're nice enough there but this was an awkward encounter. This is my first review in years, that how weird it was.
Have it done every year. Great prices and specials . The staff were very nice. Price was good too!
First time customer, and it was a good experience. Very pleasant staff to deal with. I arrived a bit early and they started on my car right away. Took about an hour and there is a comfortable waiting area. The one thing I was taken aback by was the option to leave a tip. I've never encountered that at an auto shop. I would have assumed that you're already paying for the service - so why would you be given the option of leaving a tip?? Had my 24 Sierra done and our 24 Corolla , both were done when we had booked and job seems to be excellent. I’m getting my Truck done again today for the second time and Corolla next week. My co worker recommended this place, his 1998 pickup still has no rust. I am looking forward to passing this truck on to my son one day, and lasting many years.
