My mother brought her vehicle in last month and was very happy with the customer service and care of her vehicle. She was shown pictures of the underside of her vehicle which was well serviced by Krown.
Dropped my car off in the morning so I wouldn’t miss work, later in the day I call the guy at 11:59 and he tells me he’s finished my car and it’s ready for pickup I just started lunch so told him I can be there in 10 minutes if that works for him he said “yup, I’ll see you then” I then get a ride from a co worker to grab my car and when I got there in under 10 minutes the guy already took off for lunch and locked up, which I get it I was on lunch and he needs a lunch too, but him wasting my time left me with a bad taste.
