I took in a brand new car with less than 50km on it. I drove it home after being oiled and it was parked in my drive for a couple of days. When I went to use it I found the front seat badly soiled and upon further inspection my roof had 3 scratches on it. Whatever is on the seat will not come off for me. I have tried to reduce the scratches but it still should not have happened. I have left them a message to see what they will do. I am very disappointed that this happened on a brand new car.
A family member recently had their vehicle washed at this business and left with visible scratches and scuffing along almost the entirety of the car. Marks that would only be able to be repaired with extreme bodywork totally thousands. What’s most frustrating is not just the damage, but the complete lack of accountability from the owner when I brought it to their attention.
