Although I had only booked an oil coating, they informed me that there was a promotion at the time for a free salt-eliminator application, and included it in my service free of charge. Since I didn't know, they could have chosen to save money and not give it to me, but they were up front about it which I appreciated.

Very pleased with the service I received at Krown. Have a new vehicle, didn’t want the rust to happen in the wheel wells and elsewhere as it did with my previous vehicle. Heard about Krown on the radio. Found this family run operation in the NE part of Calgary who has the Krown franchise. Had the Krown treatment applied to my car as well as the salt eliminator prior to the application. Hafiz and his spouse were very pleasant to deal with. The cost of the treatment is very reasonable especially if you plan on keeping your vehicle for many years. I will visit again in the future.
