Excellent service from Ken. Booked an appointment, since I was coming to PG from the lower mainland. This is the ONLY Krown dealer in BC. I want to keep and maintain my vehicle for the duration of its life.

Great little shop and Ken or anyone helping out in the front end are always great. I started taking my vehicles to Spectrum in 2018 after I saw that Krown Rust Control was the only rust preventing product and application procedure sanctioned by the Automobile Protection Agency (APA) based in Ontario. I can say with certainty from checking under my vehicles and noting the well-placed spray wand insertion hole plugs that Ken's application work is thorough.
Called in to get an appointment for rust protection,unfortunately the shop was busy and I was only around for the day. The owner gladly sold me the product and I was on my way. I will be back in the future to buy more products Thanks for the help
