I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Claudia was honestly disappointing. She was extremely rude and made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily frustrating. I tried to remain respectful, but her attitude really pushed my buttons and left me feeling like I wasn’t being treated with basic courtesy. Excellent experience getting my vehicles rust-proofed at the Krown Richmond hill location. The person at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process clear and easy to schedule, no confusion about what was included or what to expect. The technicians who did the actual work were equally professional, clearly experienced, and treated the cars with care throughout.
