Took 3 cars in today. Had appointments at 9:30, 10 and 10:30. Last car was finished at 12:30. My car is brand new with less than 6000kms. There was oil all over the inside. Including both drivers and passenger doors. Lady on the front desk looked stressed and could be very short with customers. Definitely a disappointing experience.
Iam not impressed I have a 2021 Toyota Rav4 the under car is pannned and all u did was spray the plastic you don't tell the customer that it needs to be removed too do a proper job u said u needed my vehicle for 1hour it took 22 minutes and it spent more time in your wash bay if you want too stay in business you should take that TV down so customers can't watch them spray the plastic o yes Mac tools sell plastic tools too remove those plugs not screw drivers that scratch paint I never got to talk about that before you throug... read more
Lynn does an excellent job managing a very busy reception and doing it all while maintaining her cool professionalism. She asked smart questions and provided honest answers and details to help us make the right decision. That is to use Krown every year! I had booked an appointment weeks in advance and showed up half an hour early for my service. The night before I received text confirmation of my appointment. When I arrived I saw 3 other clients just finishing up their undercoat service and when I went to check in my vehicle, they apologized that their lift was broken and they couldn't call because my number wasn't on file, even though I actively saw the lift in use and they used my number on file to confirm and remind me of the appointment the evening prior. Had car and truck done in 2024. Looks good as you watch on screen of them doing it. But I've heard many customers wondering including myself if they go inside the doors, hood, and trunk. Owner assured they do but to clear any doubt that part of service is what should be on the screen?. They keep saying it's done before vehicle comes into view where all you see is outside spraying
