I have been going to this business for many many years. But I’ve seen a marked improvement in the last year. The counter personnel was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Love the video cameras in the shop so you could watch your vehicle as it’s getting serviced. Just a great experience and a highly recommend.
Brought my brand new truck in for its first treatment. I'd never used Krown before. It gets everywhere! My truck has a leather interior and the steering wheel, driver seat, gear shift and arm rest were all greasy from the tech pulling it out of the shop. Cleaned it with warm water and dish soap. It also stained my pants where I must have brushed up against the door frame. I've heard great things and no doubt it prevents corrosion, but it's a mess! Plan accordingly
Very disappointed with the service here . Thought this company would know what they were doing with their service but not the case. I had grease all over my seats and steering wheel and when I get home discovered my clothes had grease from the inside of the vehicle . Took forever to try and remove the grease from my vehicle and my clothes were ruined so had to throw them away. Worst experience ever . The wait was horrible and the waiting area cramped and dirty . Friendly welcoming informative experience. Gave me options, explained best options for my vehicle. I would recommend this service to my friends and family
Customer service was excellent. I waited while it was being done and read under their gazebo outside. Took advantage of their summer offer. All great!
