Shockingly Unprofessional and a broken online booking system - I WISH GOOGLE HAD A ZERO STARS OPTION, BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM I drove from Kingston to my confirmed 11:15 AM appointment at Krown Napanee, only to be blamed for “booking four appointments,” which I had no clue about.
