Third year in a row taking both my vehicle (Bronco Sport) and her (Sante Fe). Booking is always easy. Service is always quick. I've seen lots of reviews claiming the quality isn't good but so far, I've had no issues. We'll be back next year.
Not a good experience. Not satisfied with the service. The coating was poor, many main components undercarriage were left untouched (pictures attached as proof). The whole process lasted only 15 minutes, and they handed me the keys saying "its done.” It feels like they don’t take proper care of your car, even when paying the charges around 165-170$. This was my first experience, and it will likely be my last. DEFINATLEY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Krown on Main St Dartmouth takes advantage of the fact that most people dont look under their vehicle to check the quality of their work. There is a reason why you cant watch them while they work on your vehicle. Wish I could give a lower rating. Do not take your vehicle here. If you do, get under and inspect the quality of the work. Great quality rust control treatment and customer service. They go in every possible area. After a year of driving through many harsh weather conditions, the oil is still present under and all over.
