I used to take all 5 of my vehicles here for oil spray. After Todays experience krown lost my business. The gentleman working the counter ignored my CAA coupon and scanned something else. I did not get the discount I was supposed to get. My car was supposed to be washed and tire shined. Neither of which was done. There’s mud all over my car from their parking lot still. Look at the paint damage they created when washing the car. I specifically asked them to not wash my car - I said NO BRUSH - and they disregarded my request ... read more
