I was able to get a convenient appointment and had a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and provided super service. They go out of their way to explain the process and the recommended follow up by the customer (ie no car washes for a few days, oil spray will drip so you may not want to park in your driveway to avoid oil stains, etc). I’ve visited numerous Krown locations across the city but gave this one a shot last year after it was highly recommended by a friend. I can confidently say this is by far the best location. Compared to the others this one is the most thorough and only one I would trust with a hand wash without damaging the paint. The owner is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I have moved out East and still make the 2hr round trip! Highly recommended taking advantage of the desalting promo every spring, best bang for your buck!
