Absolutely disgusting!! I was just called by a representative named "Jim" from head office who yelled at me for my recent Google review regarding my experience at a Krown location. He yelled at me stating "I wish people took more consideration before leaving such terrible reviews" and continued to say how people.dont understand how detrimental it is for these businesses. They overbook and over promise You have to wait around for hours in in a dirty dingy building….they don’t answer the phone - the man working the desk just sits and babbles on to “his captive audience “about his own life and complains about other customers while ignoring the phone that’s ringing except when it’s his family members…. Bizarre. I had booked in advance online because nobody would answer the phone for weeks and I booked rust proofing and salt proofing and they didn’t do the salt proofing.
